The Heavy Black 12 oz Denim 540 is crafted from 100% cotton denim with a firm hand, giving the relaxed shape added structure and weight. The signature Crossover neck and Layover hood frame the neckline, while the extended kangaroo pocket adds space for everyday use. Its deep black finish and heavier weight make it a substantial layer for colder days, with enough structure to carry a look on its own.

The 540 is designed with an intentionally oversized fit, featuring a dropped shoulder and relaxed proportions throughout the body.

For the intended oversized silhouette, select your usual size. For a more true-to-size or fitted feel, we recommend sizing down one size.

Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Chest width is measured straight across the garment; multiply this measurement by two to estimate the full chest circumference. Body length is measured from top to bottom and should not be doubled.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold with like colors, inside out. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid high heat to help preserve the denim’s shape and minimize shrinkage. Warm iron if needed.

Due to the nature of denim, subtle fading and variation may develop with wear and washing.
